It's an excellent place, especially for those traveling by car — very convenient both in terms of parking and getting to other locations. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Nikol, who was very talkative and a wonderful person. My daughter loved Koko, the apartment's mascot cat.
While the overall stay was pleasant, the cleanliness could have been better. There was a noticeable mold smell when opening the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and the single bed was quite squeaky.

Breakfast was fine nothing too exciting. Location was OK as close to metro. Staff were very nice
The room is dated. The bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere when showering because the shower guard is too tiny. I stayed for 5 days and shower gel wasn't even replenished. I would have expected this to be on a daily basis.
