    Trust me this is the best stay you want to be ,breath taking views from your balcony from a panoramic room first foor especially during Sunsets,RedSea and you. Cons : 1.Lack of clarity in operations,bookings and hotel management or hospitality Please pay attention since you are paying good amount of money. I have booked 4 months earlier just for the panoramic room with sea view and while check in i have realised someone is still there and they extended and I was told I will be given other room and then we will be given our booked view room at evening 6 O clock ( apparently there will be no view in night ),once i have asked how can someone stay at my pre paid booking done and what value I will get for a view specific rooms if am being given in the night,when you advertise the rooms with views ,you should deliver the same. 2.Staff were extremely nice and helpful but for only few nationalities. I have travelled a lot of world and never experienced this ,staff were only focusing few nationalities,maybe those were the majority in visitors or tipping . But its clear discrimination which we faced for the same amount of money we are paying. Once you understand you are not being treated the same the way others are being treated,then all the magic disappears. For a hotel ,all guests must be treated equally. A huge let down was the hospitality and yes we felt we were alone taking care of ourselves. Since we travel a lot and we are capable of handling things,but this resort is not for people who come here for enjoyment and great hospitality. Final recommendation is to train the staff to treat all nationalities equally. Going forward you will see a lot of travellers from different countries who would like to visit.
