Bardzo miła obsługa, zwłaszcza Pani Erika :) Podobnie w restauracji! Jedzenie bardzo dobre, na dodatek wykupując obiadokolację można było skorzystać z menu z każdej pozycji.
Apartament położony na parterze w strefie mieszkań i docierało do niego bardzo mało światła, praktycznie bez światła głównie w salonie nie dało się funkcjonować nawet w dzień

The place is 3 minutes walk to the thermal spa. It is a bit old but everything is very very clean and maintained. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but good. There is a restaurant in the premise. The food was OK, big portions and pretty reasonable priced. Great place as overnight stay during longer trip.

wielkość apartamentu jakie otrzymałem w ramach rezerwacji przeszedł moje oczekiwania - był ogromny i mógł pomieścić spokojnie 8 osób. Oczywiście lokalizacja od aquaparku jest OK - zaledwie parę minut spacerkiem. Dostępny parking w cenie.
Starsza pani na recepcji ni słowa po angielsku - tylko kilka słówek po niemiecku :( - pierwsze wrażenie więc nie bardzo przychylne. Śniadania takie sobie, mały wybór. Czystość apartamentu kiepska. Brak klimatyzacji. Przy otwartych oknach czuć zapachy z zewnątrz - kuchnia i restauracja na wolnym powietrzu + dym papierosowy.
