The view was amazing, fantastic room.
The mess all around the hotel. There was random stuff everywhere. You had to go next door for breakfast which was nice.
The guy on reception could have been a bit more friendly.
Everything needed a good clean too.
Also people sat outside under the window taking and listening to music till late

Decent enough place. It’s cheap and cheerful. Wi-Fi’s not very good at all, though.

Lovely big room, big windows, 3rd floor side room view over the canal & a bit of the sea (unfortunately obscured by hotel building support pillars). Staff were kind & helpful. Quiet area away from main town, but close to Khao Ta Mong Lai & the Reckining Buddha Cave. Mopeds available for rent through the hotel.
It was great to be near the sea, but next door’s dogs barking a lot didn’t complement the ‘quiet’ area much. Property is a little ‘tired’. En suite bathroom is a bit small, dark (poor lighting) & in need of some drain maintenance (shower drainage was slow).

Nice seaview, good staff
Booked the most expensive room with jacuzzi. Not hot water in jacuzzi and unfortunately it was also dirty. Door of the balcony was not able to close properly.
