Motel Maestro

The staff! Amazing! The man at the reception was very warm and friendly, amazing. Front desk open 24 hours and we arrived at 2 am, checked in no issues. I had to call an number I found somewhere on the internet as the main number doesn’t get picked up. Not sure about emails. Amazing access to the train and bus station. one street down from them and also a McDonalds, Carrefour.

The shower was clogged, it had hairs from another guest, many long ones. I showered quickly and with flipflops on (I take them for cases like this!), and didn’t wash my hair because it would have been overflown of water from the shower. The drain showed loads of hairs inside it, a good cleaning would have had them off, I wasn’t about to do it. The floor was full of water after shower. The toilet paper left behind had only for 3 flushes. No extra left. There are no blackout curtains, just some transparent ones. We had the 2-floor and there are no lifts.

Because we only stayed one night and left very early in the morning, we didn't benefit from much. It is an old but friendly hotel. The staff was very nice to us. Early in the morning they offered us coffee and croissants. Thank you!

I think it needs a renovation, especially the bathroom!
