Suhan Cappadocia Hotel & Spa

Comfortable beds and nice rooms. We really enjoyed the pools and garden. The place is beautiful. They have a small playground and a kids pool which was great with kids. The hotel also has a small gym. Location is good and there was free parking. With better service, I would rate it much higher.

The service was pretty terrible. Most members of the staff did not speak English and would just ignore us, not even say hello. The receptionist told us that the indoor pool and gym are free for hotel guests. When entering the indoor pool an employee there came to demand us for 10 euros per person and did not believe when we said that the reception told us that it’s free for hotel guests. Another employee interviened and then we got in. They seem to have poor communication within the staff. There is a sign that the outdoor pool is open until 19.00. At 18.10 I came to the pool and wanted to take a towel. An employee took the basket from under my nose and spoke something to me in turkish in an angry voice. In 20 minute he brought a sign ”no swimming” and closed the pool. I guess he didn’t know English to tell me that they are closing early. They have a dinner buffet and we went down and asked to see what they are serving since the menu was only in Turkish. The hostess barely spoke any English and would not let me in to see what they were serving without paying first. She seemed angry and just spoke turkish. We decided to pay and go in then, but we thought the quality of the food was not good. They had allergy signs for most of the dishes, which were great, but when I asked about a dishes that didnt have it, the staff did not know and they would not go to check from the kitchen. The staff at the reception was nice though.

Badezimmer Armaturen teilweise lose.

Her şey harikaydı. 5/5

The size of the room was great they had upgraded us so it was nice breakfast was of good standard

They said swimming pool is free from 2 to 6 but then we find out only the outdoor pool is free which was freezing they charged us 10£$€ to use it Also the room had bed bug bites I saw one drinking my blood on my thigh The air-conditioning didn't work properly came to fix it but No improvement we just tolerated the temperature
