Excellent in almost all aspects -Well maintained , excellent staff and quality food

Drinks served next to pool in the evening led to drunk male people using foul ,loud and abusives language with fagging made the atmosphere unbearable Staff was excellent but they must refrain from discussing their matters in loud voice Most important Size of cage should be nearly 50 times so that the birds don’t forget to fly The external tent house material should be covered and lawn adjacent to if must be clean Important The lawn in front of room 1411 level 1 has multiple nests of weaver birds in the middle most tree A board indicating same can be installed there It will add to another event in the premises A binocular to view the same can be installed in the gallery It can be an attractive feature of the hotel

Location is good Its kid friendly Food is good Good big property Entertainment room is good They kept asking how is stay

It needs renovation now seems dated There was a wedding party- they could have kept the breakfast in some other room There was so much rush at breakfast it seemed like fish market Entertainment room can be upgraded for older rooms and games too. The people at reception should share activities or they can Put a board about activities They kept asking how is stay- but i didnt think the staff were at that level that they actually would have welcomed feedback - the people asking staff should be someone making a difference not someone asking as a tickmark

I have been to Jaypee many times over the years, and what truly sets it apart for me from other places is how incredibly warm and welcoming the staff always are. My family loves it, and this time I visited for a girls’ trip and it couldn’t have been better. Check-in was smooth and the breakfast was excellent. The chef was especially considerate of our dietary restrictions, which we really appreciated. The facilities are unmatched, especially the squash court and the bowling alley. A special mention to Deepanshi at the spa, who was wonderful. I can’t wait to be back!

Our room could have been a little closer to the spa and pool, but I didn’t mind the walk.

There was a wedding going on, and we had very loud music until early in the morning. Since we had to get up early to visit Taj Mahal, we were extremely tired. The hotel should not be accepting any other guests when there is a loud marriage going on, or they should at least mention it before you confirm the booking. Without the marriage noise, I would have given them a 9.
