staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and of a good size, ideally located to malls and restaurants ,good choice also in the hotel ..stayed with my family we all enjoyed

Location and comfortable bed and linen.
Maintenance and response by maintenance staff, also the bathroom fittings have all rundown, no signage’s on switches which one operates what. Room infrastructure has aged considerably.

Nice pool, great breakfast, comfy bed
Ageing room, poor Toiletries and dryer in bathroom, no premium feeling in comparison to money spent, lower flexibility in staff - Took 1.5 hrs to checkin because of some manageable confusion in booking, 1.5 hrs early checkin also couldn’t happen and so had to wait it out, which was bad considering our 12 hr long overnight flight.
