    This motel has come along way in the last year. I stayed last time when they began the upgrade and it was terrible. I have it another chance and was happy to find clean carpets , nice beds. The only thing that lets it down it blocked shower drains, which doesn’t allow for proper cleaning. This is not a difficult fix and the housekeepers should pick up on this but they didn’t. The coffee cups and cutlery were also filthy but they provide detergent but no wash cloth. Fine for a night or two. Still room for improvement but a great improvement from 12 months ago

    Room was generous size the main living areas was clean and smelt fresh. Had microwave, toaster ,kettle , bar fridge. Minor issue with bathroom. Indian restaurant on site with exceptional staff. Offers breakfast lunch and dinner.

    Reception unattended on my arrival (Advertised hours 8-8). In my first call to the manager, I was told he was working out the back & he'd be 5 or 10 minutes. I called back at the 20 minute mark & was told "I'm my way". He & his family drove in 5 minutes after that. It wouldn't have been a big deal only I wasn't left any time to change & freshen up for a pre-paid event at The Engine Room.
