Sofi Rooms

We were in Room 2. I think there are 3 rooms altogether. It had 2 comfortable single beds, a nice bathroom, a window with a limited view and a small alcove with a better view of Santorini. There is access to the rooftop terrace with spectacular views. The place is a 3 minute walk down 50 stairs from the Orthodox Cathedral and all the shops and restaurants. Good communication with the owner.

Do not reserve the budget room! It is very small, has no view, and has a mattress like a box spring. We spent our first night there but Elisabeth was able to move us to the much better room which I reviewed above. Very appreciated.

Perfect location overlooking the caldera. Only a short walk to the bus station and restaurants.

Steep staircase leading up to unit, but not a problem if you are mobile.

Absolutely spectacular view. Very tidy clean room. Excellent communication and service.

Extremely tiny room and toilet with tiny access. Small people only.

My stay at Sofi Rooms was absolutely perfect. I loved the location, it’s close to Thira’s center, bus stop, supermarket, public parking and good restaurants while still being on the Caldera. The rooms’ infrastructure was incredible, really comfortable apartments, great bathroom and comfortable beds, it’s really well maintained. The room’s view is good but the terrace was the best option to see the sunset, which was beautiful. If you can, book the 2nd floor apartment. Elizabeth was also very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! Our stay was definitely worth it and I would easily return. Ps: pictures 1 and 4 are from the terrace, numbers 2 and 3 are from the apartment’s window.
