The Sumava National Park is a great place, and the hotel is well located. We have been upgraded so our room was big and very nice. Generally, the food abundance and services are good. The hotel does everything right and tries hard.
It is a 'kids focused' hotel so if you do not like noise and confusion you are in for a surprise. The hotel does everything to cater also for adults (the spa area is even being upgraded) but it is impossible to have the best of both words. If you are travelling with kids, the entertainment program is just great with activities always going on. For that purpose, the rating would be higher

Food, fresh, great options, service very kind
Unfortunately we went there during bank holiday and a lot families with small kids so wellness not that relaxing. And indoor wellness was under construction and outdoor is small.
