Warm welcome, clean rooms, clean pool, evening complimentary tea and snacks and the activity room on the 5 th floor, facilities and other amenities

Very less options for breakfast, water leakage was there on the roof near to the lift on the 4 th floor, felt that the statue near to the lift on the fourth floor was inappropriate in a place where children too come to stay, on the day of check out, we were waiting inside the room for someone to come and pick up our luggage and i heard the bell ring. I got up from bed and went to open the door, but the housekeeping staff opened the door from outside using their card. She just barged in without asking to check whether we used any items from the minibar. Either thy should have asked for permission or they should have done it after we went to the lobby. This act was not appropriate from their part. Never expected something like those from such a grand hotel.

The room was majestic. with Great view .

The water from swept in from balcony to room when it rained and it caused the floor to be wet. Washroom closet could have been cleaner, it wasn't bad, but considering he exceptional level of maintenance of rest of the things, this could have been better.Would have been easier if there was a commutation facility to beach .It was very close, but the slope was scary. So, for people with fear for slopes, it would be a good idea to arrange some transport facility to beach.

Everything we liked. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices. Felt very fresh food

The switch board behind the pillows in the room didn’t like it.

Drainage system is poor. The water is flowing towards the door. Gravity is in opposite direction. Always wet and full of water on entrance door No smooth flow of water in wash basin Mattress is old type. No memory foam mattress. Food average. Too much delay on serving items. It took 25 minutes for a tea
