First if we see the exterior photo of the hotel there is an open pool shown, which is of another property and doesn’t belongs to them. There are hard rocks inside the room. No food arrangements for dinner. There is a pool inside the property which is dirty and also unusable, few tiles have also come off. The staff here are not trained enough. Rooms had a foul smell had asked them for a room fresh ner, he bought some liquid chemical (used to clean toilet) and started spraying. The hotel needs renovation asap. Was unable to move from one room to another during rain as there were’nt any shed inside the property.Stay was worst and money wasted.

Our experience at By the Bay is excellent. Great spacious rooms with extraordinary beach view. Breakfast is super good and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.

The best view from balcony, Very cooperative and humble staff, perfect Cleanliness and facilities. A very spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Mr. Abhinav is really very helpful and polite. We really had a wonderful day spent there. would really love to visit again.

The location is decent, but unfortunately the stay was not worth the price at all. We booked a sea-view jacuzzi room, however the jacuzzi was not functioning and the hot water supply during showers was inconsistent.
The swimming pool was also not operational. Surprisingly, during our stay our family of four were the only guests at the property, which made the place feel quite unusual.
While cleanliness was maintained, many facilities mentioned in the listing were either not working or poorly maintained. The staff also seemed untrained and there was no sense of professional hospitality or service.
Overall, despite the good location, the property does not live up to the standards or pricing they advertise. I would not recommend staying here for the price they charge.
