The location was perfect for watching the triathlon
The property sent me many messages but none mentioned that we would need a code to a key box to get our apartment keys. We arrived and waited at reception, thinking it would open at 3 pm, and then the cleaners asked us to leave and wait outside. Eventually I phoned the property and was told the code for the key box. Why didn't they message me to say that there was a key box and send me the code?
