The hotel was updated while still keeping its charm. We had a nice view of Lake Lugano from our rooms. We had a good size room and a separate sitting room. The breakfast was wonderful! Antonio was nice and helpful.
The location was a bit remote; about a 15 mins. walk to town. There was a nearby bus stop that came every half hour but it was not always on schedule.

Great B&B I found last minute, what a find great little place, traditional house, the owners purchased it dilapidated and fixed it up, making a lovely job of it. Very comfortable and clean, great people and parking is very close by.

Good breakfast, excellent coffee. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Amazing view of the lake Como. Cozy room. Comfortable bed. Quiet location close to main sights.

Spacious good breakfast for extra charge. Bed uncomfortable but rectified quickly. Kettle tea bags . Nice view from windows.
