Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.

The staff is exceptional. Especially front desk Manager Mohammed and all the staff by the pool went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Also great massage by save en. The facilities , decor and pool as I would expect from a Four Season hotel. Highly recommend

we had a large apartment on the 12th floor, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, a little worse at the entrance, when they welcome us and open the door when we have a small bag. when we leave and have several suitcases, no one was there and we struggled a lot with the narrow door.
The restaurant by the pool is good, the service is very good and they have good beer and my son praised the pizza ...
Even on the 12th floor with the windows fully closed, there was a lot of road noise at night. I slept badly even with earplugs.
Cairo is just a megapolis, lots of traffic, I understand that. But the windows are not very tight and the noise comes inside. I see room for improvement in this regard.
