What I Did Not Like Strong sewage smell at times, from cesspool which negatively affected the overall comfort of the stay..We had also some noise from technical work to fix the issues, including some work carried out late at night. Bees occasionally became a problem during breakfast, approaching the food and making it difficult to enjoy breakfast comfortably. Noisy air conditioning and water heater, possibly indicating a technical issue. Room kitchen lacked sufficient power for proper cooking. Cleaning could have been more thorough in some corners and less visible areas. The toilet cistern had issues during the stay, and it was fixed quickly by the staff. Given the price, I expected a more complete and polished overall experience.

Very friendly and nice check in/check out. The other staff were also nice and this is going to sound weird but they had the most beautiful uniform? Dress which I was like oh some lady is helping her friend bring the breakfast to people because it looks so nice I didn’t imagine she is was in a staff uniform. Anyways if I could be half as cute in the heat that would be nice lol. The beach access is fantastic and the little houses are charming and I slept great. They have like everything you need for breakfast (and fridge) and they deliver the breakfast which is so nice. And I have to say at first I thought the bed is too hard but actually it was wonderful on my body and I slept great. They also had strong air conditioning and a lot of windows too. The shower bathroom is modern. In my unit you couldn’t really even see the other people and it was very private but some units have more sunny patios that aren’t as extremely private. All and all no one is doing much but walking by to the beach so it doesn’t really matter anyhow but I still enjoyed only seeing the ocean and flowers/plants. I really loved how from the beach they have the wooden type of umbrellas and nice wooden chairs/ looks classy compared to others and also they have a lot of plants which makes the little houses almost impossible to see from the beach so it looks so natural. If I was a sea turtle I would appreciate that too:) I was too tired to go out at night but there seemed to be a sea turtle nest and so on on the beach. The beach is great for swimming but it can get huge waves in a storm. Normally they said it’s calm (one day was huge waves and one day was the most no waves situation and we could see fish and everything so maybe try to snorkel). It is very nice to be outside of the city yet close enough for dinner. They have bathing suit drying rack outside- so convenient!

The parking lot is a little tight but honestly no big deal. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a OK stay at Niirides! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel really welcome. One of the highlights was that the property has its own beach — every day we had two sunbeds and an umbrella reserved just for us, which made our beach time super relaxing. Another thing we really appreciated was how close it is to Gytheio. It was easy to order food and coffee directly to our room, which added to the comfort and convenience. And finally, the breakfast was a lovely touch — every morning it was served right on our porch, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful start to the day with a great view.

While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay at Niirides, there were several things that didn’t quite meet our expectations. First of all, we felt that it was quite expensive for what it offers. The resort is old, and the room we stayed in clearly needs renovation — both in terms of comfort and aesthetics. For the price, we expected a higher level of daily cleanliness and attention to detail, which unfortunately wasn’t always there. The breakfast served on our porch was a nice touch, but it could be significantly improved with more variety — fresh juice and better-quality pastries, for example, would really elevate the experience. One major issue for us was the toilet seat. It was the most uncomfortable one we’ve ever used, and it’s simply not suitable for someone who isn’t physically fit — a serious drawback in terms of accessibility and comfort. Lastly, we have to mention that the photos on Booking.com don’t fully reflect reality. What you see isn’t exactly what you get — the space and condition of the room, in particular, were not as shown in the pictures. With some updates and more honest presentation, this place could be much better — but as it stands, we felt it didn’t offer good value for the price.
