Verzorgd huis, mooi terras en zwembad. Vlakbij zee en restaurants en winkels op wandelafstand. Fijne ontvangst met vers fruit en wijn.
Zonwering op terras wat beperkt. Extra parasol of luifel zou wenselijk zijn.
