We were scammed. After few hours of booking we were asked for an extra 100 Eu to check in at 20.00 (twice the room price) when the check in was indicated after 16.00 Host was extremely unhelpful and refused to refund the money.

Close to the beach and easy to find, and the host was very accommodating and kind!

How close it is to the beach! The balcony was nice to have too.

There was no hairdryer, and the coffee / tea mentioned in the posting is not included but an additional fee. It was on the louder side at night as the rooms are close together. The artwork in the room was.. unique.

Fantastic stay in Tarquinia

Privacy and advice about visiting museums and other historical sites. .The location is near to the shopping centre. There are also very nice plants and trees and turtles!

Nothing to be liked

We booked and paid online, came on check in time and were told that there is no room available. We were thrown away in a very rude manner without refunding, there was major conflict, including violence from owner side. This place is dangerous scam, avoid it by any means!

Clean and close to old town.

Had to pay extra for the air conditioning on arrival. Apartment advertised with kitchen not the case had to pay extra if you wanted to use it.

Nothing!!! run away from this place. There are much better options at the same price, such as B&B Nonna Luisa, which has breakfast, air conditioning and a hairdryer included.

When we arrived at the establishment there was no parking, in the booking it was listed that there was, but you park on the street. The employee Roberto welcomed us and put alcohol in my 7 year old son's hand without asking me first if he could. As soon as we entered the room, the truth came out: The rug next to the bed had a bad smell, I think dogs sleep there, disgusting There is no air conditioning. Here's the message I got about it: “ - AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING SUPPLEMENT. Air conditioning (air conditioning) and/or heating of the room is not included in the price of your reservation. We can offer air conditioning and/or heating in the room at a cost of €20.00 per day. The use, if not authorized, of fans and private air conditioners is prohibited. The use of private fans and air conditioners will, in any case, be charged under the same conditions indicated above.” There is no breakfast, in the room there was a mini kitchen and coffee maker with 1 coffee capsule, since we were 3 people and there is no cutlery or dishes in the room. It was forbidden to use the stove. " - BREAKFAST. Breakfast is not included in the price of your reservation. No meals are included. Breakfast CANNOT be requested even as an extra supplement. - SUPPLEMENT FOR MEALS. It is prohibited to have LUNCH and DINNER MEALS in the room or elsewhere, except for a daily cleaning supplement at the cost of €20.00.” There is no hairdryer, and if you use your own, you will be charged! “ - SUPPLEMENT FOR HAIR DRYER. Hairdryer/Hairdryer is not included in the booking price. We can offer our hairdryer at a cost of €10.00 per day per room. The use of private hair dryers will in any case be charged under the same conditions as indicated above. Air conditioning and/or hairdryer supplements must be requested within check-in hours.

The location was 5 mins ride from the city centre

***AC and heating not included in the price - and it cost 20 eur per day *** I’ve never seen this anywhere. The room was clean and good for the price. The owner was very unkind and rude from the beginning of our stay. We didn’t feel welcomed.

A good one night stay

• Clean and spacious room • Microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge in the room • Point-and-shoot bidet • Comfortable bed • Quiet neighborhood • Check-in was easy • Close to supermarket

• Lack of transparency. The property did not make it clear before booking that there are surcharges for basic services such as air conditioning • Lack of a fan. Luckily it was a windy night during our stay so we didn’t suffer the heat • The windoor doesn’t have curtains so opening it for air ventilation means the next-door neighbor gets to see the full view of the room, including the people in it

Disappointing

Location, price, bathroom and room was clean.

Day before arrived, I got message from host with conditions, which are so ridiculous. As I understand, If you want to use towels you should pay 10eur for them?! Also if you like to bring a dog you should pay 20e per dog (I have two, so if brought them I should pay 40e for them), and room price was around 27eur, the host explained that they have to clean after dogs, and I am asking myself how much dirty they should clean after two dogs after one night stand, 40eur is too much?! If you want air condition or heating you also pay 10eur for that. And the most ridiculous thing is that, check in is from 17h to 20h, and if you come at 20:01 you should pay 45eur fee?!! My opinion is that the host wants to take your money on rude way. The real price for a room with conditioning, towels, and dog standing should be 27e. That will be correct.

Kingdom Tarquinia.

The property is well located, below the Old town area. The host is very efficient and everything is precise and has a place. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, there's a fridge, coffee machine and a basket of breakfast goodies. This town is a treasure, people, place, events. Highly recommended, magnificent.

Good to make a stop(late) and move on (very early - too noisy - but take a look at the satellite pictures yourself) - the bed was comfortable though. I got an espresso as a present.

Good for one night.

Easy parking nearby. The bath towels were nice and thick. It's inexpensive. It's called "luxury" with 5-stars posted outside the door which for me is a bit misleading. Again, it was a cheap price so for value sake, it was okay as a low season rate.

Unfortunately, the evening was chilly so the rooms were very cold and no extra blankets were provided. The website says: "Guests can use the living room with fully equipped kitchenette" This is not accurate and should be revised and changed as there is no offer to use the living room with the fully equipped kitchenette.

Die Lage war gut

Alles war aufpreis, die Heizung, der wasserkocher, die Mikrowelle, Der Kühlschrank, alles kostete 10 Euro pro Einheit. Im Schrank im Zimmer vorhanden und durch ein Schloss gesperrt. Im Zimmer war es so kalt daß man die 10 Euro bezahlen musste. Ich finde das eine Frechheit.

Topkwaliteit voor een lage prijs

Groot appartement met goed bed. Voor ontbijt had de eigenaar een afspraak met een koffiebar die 50 meter verderop was en kregen we een heerlijke koffie en een cornetto. Echt Italiaans prima voor ons. Een supermarkt en sushi All you can eat restaurant om de hoek. De 70 euro die wij voor 2 nachten betaalde voor 2 personen was het dik waard. De eigenaar was ook vriendelijk.

Soms was de douche koud maar ook weer lekker fris.
