Very peaceful. Easy to get the bus into Dubrovnik old town. Portun restaurant is within walking distance, if you love meat it's very nice food. We also loved that the shopping centre with 2 hour free parking is very close.
We were unlucky with the weather. It poured one the day of our arrival, made the car park splashy but it didn't last long, dried out quickly.

Very detailed clean ! bath was perfect with the big window and all you need. Bed is great ! Breakfast is very nice and the girl there was excellent. She proposed some great things to do. Francesca also gave us perfect info for the bus to get to crowded Dubrovnik !!!
We would propose to put a small fridge in the rooms. In summer we need cold water and not very easy to go down 2 floors to get some. Also an umbrella in the balcony would be great for summer to enjoy it.
