Perfectly friendly staff who provide an excellent service. I'm happy I didn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are large, modern, clean and have thick walls, so you can't hear the other guests. Also the rooms are in an open patio which softens the noise of people going to their rooms and the doors don't slam. There's no sound of traffic. Truly, you will be guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast is very good too, and the hotel is clean. Bonus: they sometimes have live folk music from 8pm to 11pm. There have been complaints about the sizes of the TVs: they are much bigger than I've ever had in other hotels, and there's so much to see in and around Urfa, that i didn't have the time to switch mine on. The only concern at the moment are those shown on the TV news about missiles coming from the South. As Abraham was born here, done crazy people think Urfa forms part of Greater Zion. I hope it remains Turkish and Kurdish and Arab and Aramaic and Syriac.

Tæt ved balikli göl området , bazaar og butikker, kunne godt lide værelset som var rummelig og køligt. Hyggelig traditionel bygning og gård have. Søde personale og fint tyrkisk morgenmad

Dobbelt sengen var ikke behagelig

近隣観光地(ギョベクリテペ・ネムルト山等)へのドライバーの手配がスムーズであった。 宿泊客のほとんどはトルコ人のようで、現地感が味わえた。

・毎朝出かける前にスタッフにタオル交換をお願いしても交換されていた試しがなく、夕方ホテルに戻った時に改めてお願いしてタオルを受け取っていた。が、3泊目には交換できる新しいタオルがないと言われた。 ちなみにタオルは使い古されていて、穴が空いてるものもあり、足マットは薄汚れていた。 ・朝食の開始時間がアバウト。あるスタッフに8:30開始だと教えてもらったが、8:30には既に満席になっている日もあった。 ・Booking.com上で掲載されている部屋の設備と実際のそれとの違いが大き過ぎた。例えば、 Tea/coffee maker→部屋ではなく、朝食会場のキッチンにある Patio →宿のほとんどの部屋が一つの中庭に向いているが… Dining area →恐らく朝食会場のことか。部屋の設備ではない Iron/ironing facilities/Alarm clock/Air purifier →ない Sound proof→全くない！0:00AM過ぎても中庭で騒いでいる女性団体客の大声、同じく0:00AM過ぎているのに騒ぐ隣室の子どもの声、どちらもはっきり聞こえてうるさくて眠れなかった。 こんな良い加減な対応で1泊約€70は高過ぎる！Booking.comも、宿側の良い加減な自己申告をもう少し精査してほしい。 追記: ホテルからの返信にお答えします “You thanked us many times ”とありますが、確かにこちらの依頼にきちんと応えていただいた時はお礼は言いました。だからといって、あなた方がしてくれなかった事に対してまで不満がなかったということではありません。少なくとも私の国ではそんな解釈はしません。また、“your daily room cleaning and requests were met ”と仰っていますが、よくそんな嘘を言えますね。部屋の掃除なんか3日間の滞在中一度もしてくれていないし、こちらもタオルの交換しかお願いしていません。そして3日目のタオル交換依頼時に最初はOKされていたのに、結局「新しいタオルはもうないから我慢してくれ」と言いましたよね？そして、“even though it was not your right every day”ですって？1泊辺り€７０払っている客にタオルを毎日変える権利を与えないとあなたは本気で言うんですか？あなたがBooking.comへ私の宿泊費から手数料を50%以上支払っているという事情でもない限り、そんな言い分を私は決して受け入れられません。私が泊まったトルコ国内の他のホテルは、あなたのホテルより安くてもサービスの質はあなたのホテルのそれより高かったです。
