Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ein total mieses Wlan, es ist überhaupt nicht stabil. Auf die Sauberkeit könnte mehr Wert gelegt werden. Die Lage direkt an der Ostsee ist topp!

Freundliches Personal, das Frühstück Buffet ist gut und reichhaltig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Nähe zur Strandpromenade und Ostsee ist gut .
Bei der Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist noch viel Luft nach oben , in den 7Tagen wurde das Zimmer 1x etwas gesäubert nach bitte um neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, obwohl die Zimmer nach Aussage jeden 2.Tag gesäubert werden sollten. Das liegt wohl an Personal Mangel.

Das Frühstück war super, von Allem was dabei und wenn was aus war, wurde es frisch nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich obwohl deutlich zu wenig Personal vorhanden war.
Laut Beschreibung sollte alle 2 Tage das Zimmer gereinigt werden. Wir waren von Montag bis Donnerstag dort und das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Keine neuen Handtücher und der Mülleimer wurde auch nicht geleert.
