Cannot think of a single thing. The location, room and the staff were exceptional . Great customer service by Danushka ( the bar tender) very friendly and attentive, made us feel like celebrities. The Chef was amazing , made an excellent Lobster in garlic butter for my husband . Have a very personalised service . All staff were well trained and great ,

The location is great. Access to both beaches is ideal and the view from the restaurants is beautiful. The spa is nice and the masseuse and masseurs very good and professional.
The room furniture is though dated still nice, but the bathrooms definitely need to be renovated. All the water fixtures are totally calcified not working properly and it smelled terribly of urine. The pool area is all covered by reed floor tiles which heat up like an oven and make the stay very unpleasant. Which didn’t go away when staff spayed air freshener… The general service is nice but service process is not adequate of a 5 star ( according to booking.com)
