Not for me!

Can't say I liked much about this place. The lady was nice. The near by food places where ok.

It was dirty, didn't look like the pictures, the room was extremely hot, no aircon just a stand up fan that hardly cooled anything, the curtains where all broken and dirty, one even had a cigarette whole burnt into it. The pool doesn't look like the picture its all chipped and was dirty with leaves and everything in it. The room smelled weird and didn't look like it had been deep cleaned in a long time, the TV was absolutely tiny and the internet kept cutting out.

Lovely little space to stay!

I loved how clean and tidy it was and close to lots of shops and food places. I also had everything I needed in my room !

Apologize for this ,but I'm a psychic personality. The vibe coming from premises,requires a cleansing of the premises. Easy to fix as the under current is quite new .Local Iwi will understand what can reverse the nature of the disturbance.

Very friendly staff, handy location, 60's vibe. Good size room. Renovated bathroom.

The bedroom is looking tried and worn out, and it needs renovation. Need to sort out the signage ( too many little notes stuck about the place- do's, dont's, and warnings). Pool and grounds need attention.

Not for us.

Unfortunately there was a very disturbed young woman in one room who made a lot of noise, shouting and swearing. The police were called in the morning and later in the day she was taken away, presumably to get help. So not a lot of sleep for us. The place is clearly used as a refuge for people needing assistance, several of whom appeared to know each other, calling from room to room etc. Our room was adequate if dated, but the whole experience was not a good one for us and we cancelled our second night. To be fair, the owner was doing her best and even offered us a refund, for which I am grateful.

Prefect for my 4 night stay and very close to public transport (bus was less than 100 meters away)

The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Fickling Convention Centre where the expo I was attending was held and the Royal Oak supermarket was an easy walk away. The bed was super comfortable and there was a full sized stove and oven as well as a microwave. Free wifi was included and used.

The water pressure in the shower was not great and the interior decoration was very dated but did not affect the comfort of the unit. The curtains do need some attention though as the hooks were falling off making them hard to open and shut.

Clean, comfortable motel with friendly staff in a good location.

I arrived to a small but warm room as Bessie had the heater going, the Concert programme via the TV on and a very comfortable bed. The room was spotless as was the en suite bathroom - small but had everything needed. This is a gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets and will definitely stay again.

Shower water power wasn't strong but plenty of hot water.

Good location, close to airport and the CBD. The room is very clean and the staff turned on the heating in advance to warm up the room.

The bed is too soft and there was no hooks or handles in the bathroom, so no where to hang up towels and it was a bit slippery for old people.

I only had a short night to sleep there before catching a plane to fly onto my next destination.

It was a good clean room, that was comfortable for the night. (I would stay there again). The staff I came into contact with were most helpful .

From memory the pillows were higher than I usually like , also the curtain across the doorway (but necessary for privacy).

Almost everything I was pretty happy with staff were polite n friendly room was good

Only downside was possibly a winz emergency housing guest was a bit put out by me being outside at the same time as her n was quite rude n demanding to know which room I was staying in and how long I was to be there am still not really sure what her problem with us was but not really something the motel staff can stop so it's not really a complaint just some feedback

It was grear, warm, clean and close to work.

I didnt have breakfast because I had an early meeting. I got in late amd it was cold. When I opened the door to a warm room, i was very relievef. The bed was also cosy. Great stay and clean room.

I wasnt sure how to find the right park and room. I relied on the insructions but went around the rooms twice.
