Location and staff
Size of the room was very disappointing and the step into the bath to use the shower was totally unacceptable. At 78 yrs I struggled every day to get into the shower Value for money is disappointing

Location is very good at place des vosges. The breakfast is good but ends to early.
Construction in the garden destroyed 2 days of our stay. It was done without information in the hotel, normally they shouls close the hotel for such a big construction, very noisy. It is not possable to sleep or talk whole day starting at 8 am in the morning. Minibar is not filled during our 5-days stay. TV is very old and is not supporting prime, disney, netflix…
