It is a hotel owned by a local family,, and you as a guest can really feel it. In a good way of course. The staff was really friendly and polite, Breakfast and dinner has tasty bread from local bakery. We stay for two nights. One night in probably almost fully booked hotel, and the other night (after the weekend) we have been there only guests. And we get the same good service on both days. I am sure some guests are coming back to this hotel for years. The ski area is walking distance from hotel (or 2 minutes by car).
When the hotel was full, the wifi was really slow, or even not-existing. But maybe it is the problem the area and insufficient local internet provider, and hotel can not do anything about it.

Really friendly staff, couldn’t do more to help. Good location, nice pool and spa pool.
Dated, stiflingly hot rooms. All meals are buffet and a little uninspiring.
