Italy - never again

The view from this property is truly stunning and easily the highlight of the stay. Whether looking out over the hills, water, or skyline, the scenery was peaceful and picture-perfect—ideal for anyone wanting to relax or take beautiful photos.

Unfortunately, aside from the beautiful view, our stay did not meet expectations. The beds were uncomfortable, and communication with the host was challenging at times, which made both the check-in process and the overall stay less smooth than we had hoped. Basic essentials like salt, sugar, and even toilet paper were not provided—we had to purchase them ourselves. Strangely, we were also told not to leave anything behind, with a warning that we would be charged for doing so. Even use of the laundry machine came with an extra fee. There were signs posted throughout the property reminding us repeatedly that we could be charged for various things. This constant messaging made it hard to fully relax and enjoy our stay, which was disappointing given the peaceful setting.

A wonderful place run by the warm and welcoming Sarah – the apartment’s location is amazing. They are fully equipped, with a stunning view, a beautiful garden, and a pool. Many thanks to Sarah for helping organize a birthday dinner for my husband. She takes great care of both the property and her guests, making sure everything is perfect throughout the stay. This is truly a place worth coming back to.

Superb

Absolutely lovely location if you are after peaceful holiday and away from the crowds. Apartment has everything you need and it is clean with the comfy beds. Internet connection is also great - I was able to do the exam remotely with no issues. :) Playground for younger children is a saver. Well stocked supermarkets are nearby.

You can’t get better than this.

Giordino Di Lory is an absolutely stunning place with the most incredible views of Lake Como. You really couldn’t get better. The accommodation itself is extremely well equipped and was spotless - I actually thought it must have been brand new! The hosts couldn’t do enough to help and recommended plenty of places for us to visit and eat. We had a dedicated car parking spot, there’s a lovely pool and outside seating areas for everyone. I would go back tomorrow if I could. Highly recommend!

The way to reach the apartment includes some more efforts and is difficult for disabled people but this only a a small note. Nothing bad about.

Heaven on earth.

Everything about this place and stay was simply excellent. The staff, especially Sarah was the most helpful and friendly people. The place itself is amazing, the views are breathtaking and apartment has everything what you need. It is clean, space full apartments with excellent swimming pool. It is a heaven on an earth. The village is close to restaurants and shops so you do not have to worry about anything just relax and enjoy. 100% recommended.

Noisy, and felt agitated but outstanding views, very clean and still worth the money

The view is breathtaking... The apartment is very clean and you really have everything you need for your stay. The shower is good and the beds are wonderful. There are good outdoor facilities and there are even sun beds.

It was hard to find the apartment and we where not the only ones (I helped another guste out when I saw them driving by for the 3th time). There is nog sign, so you are not sure if you are at the right place. Upfront we got lots of mails with a compelling tone about restricted check in times, during our stay we got lots of mails about the rules and at the end of our stay we got a lot of mails about checking out. For my 3 nights stay I must have gotten more then 10 mails about rules and restrictions. There where even rules en restrictions in the same compelling tone on the walls in the apartment. I never experienced this before and it made me feel agitated. Internet was awful. I just switcht to 4G out of desperation and the TV was very slow. Last but not least: it is really noisy. I could hear everything from the appartement upstairs. Even the unzipping of their suitcase!

We enjoyed everything!

A very clean appartment that includes everything you need, a pool in front of the door, a bakery closeby, a stunning view… all this made our stay just great. Sarah and her colleagues helped us with all we needed and borrowed even a Baby backpack. We prolonged our stay spontaneously because we could not think of another area where it could be even better :-)

We loved the apartment, the views from our balcony and the pool were incredible!

The views from our balcony and the infinity pool were the best part of the trip! Sarah was extremely helpful, she gave us lots of tips on what we could do in the area/ where to eat etc and really made us feel welcome.

It is slightly difficult to access in terms of location, however Sarah does a fantastic job of providing information prior and assisting you on the day with finding the accommodation.

Amazing place with a beautiful lake and mountain view

We stayed 10 days, and enjoyed every one of them. Location is a bit hard to find first, but you will understand why its hidden when you finally get there and take a look at the gorgeous view of the lake. Its a bit far from the closest town, but if you have a car, then easy to manage. Our room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was very clean and great to use with the view. Staff was very helpful and attentive (Especially Sarah who is a hidden gem of the place!). Did i mention the view? its really that good. Would definitely recommend.

Frankly speaking not many things, so a bit nitpicking now :) The pool was a bit cold, and some additional items would be nice to have in the room (vacuum cleaner, toaster etc)

De locatie. Was echt prachtig. Het uitzicht op het meer was super mooi

We hadden het appartement op de begane grond recht voor het zwembad. Daar heb jij zelf je eigen terrasje voor de deur. Nu was het gelukkig rustig maar iedereen die gebruik maakt van het zwembad bevind zich precies voor je deur. Iedereen kijkt bij je appartement naar binnen. Dus je moet je gordijnen gesloten houden wil je een beetje privacy hebben. Toen wij gingen boeken was dit het laatste beschikbare appartement voor 2 personen denk ik. Een volgende keer zou ik liever een naastgelegen appartement kiezen.

Einmalige Lage an einem ruhigen Ort mit traumhaften Pool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Küchenzubehör ausreichend, aber es fehlen z.B. eine Thermoskanne und Wasserkaraffe Kaffeemaschine sehr einfach.

- widok z okna na jezioro - basen przy obiekcie - wyposażenie kuchni - dużo miejsca w apartamencie - informacja na miejscu w obiekcie

- w gniazdkach z prądem w pokojach otwory są zbyt wąskie. Nie można do nich podłączyć ładowarki od laptopa. Trzeba podłączać na korytarzu. - tylko jedno miejsce postojowe przydzielone jest do apartamentu. Apartament jest na 2 rodziny. Jeśli przyjedzie się dwoma autami, drugie auto nie ma miejsca postojowego. Znalezienie wolnego miejsca na ulicy graniczy z cudem (a był to początek maja). Obsługa apartamentu nie pozwoliła zaparkować auta na innym miejscu parkingowym innego apartamentu chociaż nie było gości i miejsce postojowe było wolne. - do apartamentu trzeba dojść i donieść bagaże kilkadziesiąt metrów kamienistą pochyłą ścieżką. Nie da się podjechać autem. - zaskoczyły mnie potencjalne restrykcje (opłaty dodatkowe) np. za zbicie kieliszka, talerza, czy wymóg wyniesienia śmieci. Nie spotkałem się z czymś takim nigdzie. Załączam zdjęcie.

l'emplacement tres belle vue bel appartement bien equipé et très propre très bon accueil

l'accès très difficile depuis le parking jusqu'au bâtiment la route d'accès sinueuse et pénible depuis le lac la promiscuité entre les appartement très mal isolés phonétiquement si si les voisins sont bruyants. convient plus a des familles qu'a des couples l'emplacement de la piscine trop proche des logements du rez de chaussée

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Seeblick

Ein sehr schönes Apartmenthaus mit einen tollen Blick über den See. Etwas am Berg gelegen, aber mit dem Auto (Parkplatz vorhanden) unkompliziert zu erreichen. Zu Fuss etwas sportlicher. Die Apartments sind vollständig ausgestattet, auch für Selbstversorger. Der Host bietet auf Wunsch auch einen Einkaufsservice. Die Terrasse/der Balkon sind groß und haben bequeme Möbel. Dr Service ist sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich.

Das Haus liegt am Berg, also ist der Weg zum Parkplatz etwas fordernd - nichts für Gäste mit Einschränkungen. Und der TV ist etwas kompliziert zu bedienen, aber wozu fernsehen bei so einer Aussicht
