Vergos Hotel

the resturany was amazing, the food is a bit pricey but was worth it. the pizza was amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpfull. they gave us the rooms early and was nice at the reception! gret hotel would come back again

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort and will definitely be coming back! The location is fantastic, with direct access to the beautiful beach and the beach bar, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The beach itself was wonderful, crystal-clear water, beautiful surroundings, and the perfect place to relax. We also rented a boat from near by, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We had an amazing time exploring the surrounding islands and would highly recommend doing this if you get the chance. The food and drinks were also very reasonably priced, which was a lovely surprise for a resort. But what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they created such a warm and positive atmosphere throughout our stay. Umbrellas and beds were also free of charge as part of the resort. Overall, it was such a great vibe, beautiful location, amazing beach, friendly people, great food, and plenty to do. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be returning!

Location of the hotel is perfect, sunbeds and umbrelas on the beach free of charge, very comfortable. Staff generally kind and willing to assist although they look tired sometimes. Breakfast was the same everyday but it had everything and was delicious. Food in general in a beach bar and restaurant was very good although a bit expensive for our standards. Garden is lovely.

The thing that bothered me the most was the noise. Our room was overlooking the pool and beside the pool there was something like children's playground, like a fair where each night there was loud noise like irritating music from the machines and children yelling and screaming. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you. Additionally doors are tough to be closed so there is a loud noise each time anyone slams the door.

The pool is practically unusable and not cleaned. The sunbeds near the pool don't have any shade so also unusable. The staff is really insolent everywhere. We were constantly asked every 10mins to order drinks ... and the cleaning staff enered the room when we were in without even knocking - haven't seen that anywhere. There are no signs that you can put on the doors also. Patio rooms - there is direct line of sight in the room because of the glass "terrace" this is just an engineering marvel and also the bathroom window of the room next to yours is placed on YOUR "terrace". All in all for the money they want per night it is just not worth it. The breakfast is poor and also not worth it.
