    In this price range this was a good choice. Friendly, clean, relaxed. Good breakfast. Location fine for us to walk into town to eat (the kitchen was closed Sunday evening). We parked one road over with free parking which worked fine for us, but there is a car park just across the road too.

    Don't recall if the price was worth it but if it was on Agoda it was likely less expensive than standard rate so the five stars might be a bit off on "value for the money". There was a pub for drinks/meal downstairs, the room was not an issue, window opened, fan, good bathroom, etc. The people/staff were top-notch, the breakfast was a highlight. I walked from there overland to Avebury and it was an excellent walk then on to Cardiff by bus, up to Devizes by bus from Salisbury and the region is phenomenal. Good stay in midst of British walking trip in my week in UK.
