    Hostel was pretty ok. We came during Semana Santa so hard to evaluate on Value for Money as it was quite expensive, just like the rest of the city. Most of staff was very helpful but not everyone which is unfortunate. Some minor issues with facilities, like the door of the toilet in first floor which didn’t lock. Would recommend though, good experience overall.

    I booked a mixed room (***), but upon check-in they put me in a mixed room (***), which was also confirmed to them. *** at reception said this was a problem I would have to resolve with the agency and that they couldn't do anything for me. She called the manager to see if she could give me other options, one of which was to pay the difference to stay in the mixed room (***) (even though I had already booked that type of room). I stayed in the call with Agoda for 20 minutes, and after getting tired without a answer, I decided to stay in the mixed room (***), meaning I paid for something I didn't receive. They didn't suggest a free cancellation of the reservation, and not say apologize for the inconvenience. Even though it wasn't really their mistake, empathy and proactivity were important to at least accommodate the guest, after all, they were the ones who decided to work with the platform. The service is not humanized, I suggest staying at a better hostel (and there are many in Seville that easily surpass this one).

    Stayed there for two nights.nice and clean kitchen with a rooftop swimming pool and bar. Definitely recommend it if you want to meet people and enjoy
