Shower recess area needs a good clean up to remove lime deposit build up. The drains in the bathrooms need unblocking. Despite this, it’s still very liveable.

clean and tidy rooms in a daily basis. washing machine and dryer came very handy . cold /hot water on stanby was very much appreciated and the sofa bed converted to a big bed allowed us to invite family members to stay the night with us and make use of the amazing pool.

not enough power points to charge the phone

The staff are very sincere with their smile welcoming greetings and geniune willingness to help. They always make sure we are comfy and had what we need. There was the right and enough of amenities and facilities. I like a choices of breakfast available and the presentation and portion is perfect. It was also given at very timely manner. I also appreciated the water dispenser in the room. I liked the day bed outside the room. I also appreciated the pool and lounge area.

The shower drain was a little slow and the living room toilet sink was a little slow on the drain too. The towels were clean but somewhat dated and not as "hotel white" as i hoped it would be.

Excellent rooms, full utensils and big size rooms. Feels like home.
