Location was excellent. Eateries & bars are just waking distance just outside the villa. Reception staffs were very friendly They greeted you the moment u leave the place & when u come back.
Customer service was top notch even before I stayed there. I needed them to decorate my room for my daughter's birthday before I reach & comminication was met above my expectations:) they followed up very well to make sure everything was smooth going even before my stay. Appreciate so much!
Toilet was a little bit dirty as there were many dead ants. Basin & toilet drainage system was quite bad as the water didn't manage to flow down smoothly, but they manage to fix the problem. Balcony pillows were also dusty & has some musty smell. They should vacuum & dust it before new customers came over.

Used to love Rama Residence have stayed a few times but it’s looking decidedly tired now in need of renovation
Pool water clean but tiles and grout need a good clean broken utensils and doors hanging in kitchen area the whole place looks tired and it’s a shame it was a lovely place to stay. The area around pool looked unkempt and too many bill boards advertising Buka restaurant
