Central location and okay

The location was central. Bed was comfortable. Ceilings were very high so a cool apartment during a heatwave. The apartment was very big and spacious.

Door code to unlocking main door and door to apartment was very very difficult. It only seemed to respond after many times of entering the lock code number. Some things in the apartment were old and not great.

Excellent location in the cute town of Zell. Great views of the river. Close to many restaurants, stores, and cafes. Perfect for a weekend on the Moselle!

Brilliant time had for the Weinfest “Zeller Schwarze Katz”

Excellent apartment, right in the heart of the town with brilliant views of the river.

We booked for the main wine festival in June and unfortunately because the apartment is located opposite the very busy foot bridge it was extremely noisy at night, with people talking and in some cases shouting as late as 4am outside the window. The apartment itself is fantastic and we couldn't fault the facilities, booking procedure and payment process which was a breeze. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, but just be aware it will be busy until very late during the festival.

Sauberkeit-Spinnweben an den Wänden und Decken Treppe in sehr schmutzigem Zustand Ausstattung Küche nicht gebrauchbar (Pfannen) Deckel Töpfe unmöglich zu duschen ohne das Bad zu überfluten

Voor 6 persoenen maar een toilet en de kamer was niet schoon bij aankomst

Een korte fijne vakantie waar we met plezier aan terug denken.

Het uitzicht was mooi, ook het stadje Zell is aardig. Fijne bakker in de buurt. Omgeving is erg mooi

De accommodatie gezelliger maken. Hang wat schilderijen/foto's aan de muur van de omgeving. De bushalte onder het slaapkamerraam.

Was niet erg proper ; keukentafel vuil , ijskast niet gereinigd ( diepvriesvak) , geen vaatdoeken , ontgeurder in badkamer was leeg,

Alles in Allem sehr gut. Gerne würde ich es nochmal buchen.

sehr gute Lage ; die Raumeinteilung sehr gut ; Zimmern waren sehr hell und freundlich. Ausstattung war gut!

Als wir eintrafen waren die Zimmern nicht gereinigt und die Bettwäsche waren nicht gewechselt , obwohl wir ca. eine Stunde später eintrafen. (Einchecken war ab 14 Uhr; wir sind erst gegen 15 Uhr eingetroffen). Nach unserem Anruf beim Vermieter kam aber die Reinigungspersonal schnell! Die Müllentsorgung : Mülltonen im Keller waren alle voll!, Leere Flaschen und volle Müllbeutel lagen herum.

Het bed is goed net als de omgeving

De accomodatie was niet schoon en opgeruimd. Afval van vorige huurder lag er nog , 2 zakken. Vuile was van vorige huurder was niet opgeruimd De vaatwasser zat nog vol. In de koelkast en vriesvak lagen nog etenswaren

Sehr gute Lage, sehr cooles Handling, gerne wieder.

Die Lage in Zell ist perfekt, da man sowohl Restaurants und Geschäfte als auch Wander- & Radwege sofort erreicht. Freies Parken ebenfalls fast vor der Tür. - Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar und reagiert sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Räume selbst sind sehr schön und Ausstattungsmässig ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Die Küche bietet jede Art der Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet.- Der Blick auf die Mosel ist phänomenal und hinten sieht man ebenfalls die schönen Aussichtspunkte von Zell. - Die Schlüsselübergabe ist extrem cool, da der Zugang über einen Code erfolgt. Dies macht es für beide Seiten sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise entspannt.

Es gibt nichts Auszusetzen. Alles Prima. Man darf sich bewusst sein, dass es das obere Stockwerk ist und es keinen Aufzug im Haus gibt ;) Brötchen holen, etwas zu vergessen etc ist ein Treppentraining.
