The warm and friendly welcome.
The incredible location.
The staff. The level of care and hospitality is fantastic.
The wildlife. Its unique. Both under water on a breathtaking snorkel trip or on the land watching deer, monkeys, squirrels, birds, geckos etc.
I liked it all.
The menu could benefit from perhaps a daily special to add a bit of variety.

Snorkelling at the jetty, food was delicious and loved all the wildlife
The road from the tower to the beach is very bumpy

A beautiful, secluded, and wild place within a national park. Great and friendly staff. Excellent cuisine. Great horseback riding and numerous additional attractions.
The numerous monkey droppings on the terrace and in the shower should be removed regularly

Our family stayed in The Residence, perched high above the bay and overlooking forest that monkeys frequented. The private pool was enormous and gave more brilliant views. The accomodation was incredible, as was the food and service by all of the staff. We took a private boat trip to Menjangan Island and snorkelled the reef for hours. The trip from Seminyak was truly worth the effort for this stunning slice of heaven!
