It's fairly good value for money, most of the staff are very friendly.
The shower was a little bit naff, difficult to use and not very strong, although to be fair I believe ours was actually faulty. The location is surprisingly inconvenient given the proximity to Walthamstow. There is a bus route for Stratford, but if you prefer underground and overground you're a bit out of the way here. One night time staff member was somewhat blunt and you have to ring th bell and wait to get in during the night.
