Attention unique care of Concierge and generally the staff went above the expectations to perform extraordinary services not usually experienced at other resorts or hotels of the highest bar. I really appreciate this service I received a special shout out to Alberto, who helped save Charlie’s life and went beyond calling. He is a remarkable person. I was blessed to encounter and a Master of the art of hospitality and services

The staff and service were excellent.. The hotel is well managed and they looked after everything. Never had staff as good as they were. The grounds are beautiful. The beach isn't the best, but the pool makes up for it.
The staff were more than accommodating. They even changed the 2 beds in our room to one king bed.
I liked my room, but the there was a musty smell ( assuming from the thatched roof and humidity)that I couldn't get rid of. (Room 20) The signature room with cedar ceiling makes a difference.

The property is beautiful, nature friendly, private. The meandering paths to the pool snd beach lovely. Restaurant and food incredible. Staff amazing.
The villas are looking worn, our plunge pool jacuzzi jets did not work. Also very noisy loud music from the hotels next to Viceroy.
