I loved the staff attention to guests!

I didn’t love that not all of the restaurants were open.

Awesome and friendly staff. Delicious food. Lots of food options. Perfect location on beach. Fast service. Great entertainment. Great for families

On the beach! We enjoyed a “preferred” status with a special section of beach. All of our encounters with staff were exceptionally pleasant. Shout out to Devvy, Daniel, Lorenzo, Christopher, Ricardo, and many others. Appreciation and compliments to everyone.

Property has a little age on it, but it is very well maintained.

The grounds, beach, pools are gorgeous but the resort should be updated and painted. There are heavy, very noisy doors leading to the alcove of rooms and the same heavy noisy doors to the rooms. Omg... I got very little sleep between the constant noisy loud banging doors and the guests in the room above mine moving furniture all the time or doing something that sounded like that. No hot water in the shower, my safe didn't work and the guy couldn't fix it the first try so I used a lock on my suitcase. There was a hump between the bathroom door and hall and I kept tripping. The food was very mediocre. Lots of staff don't speak English very well. The bed was comfortable for the small amount of sleep I got. You could hear every word of people talking so no sound barriers. Old looking furniture, no microwave in a "deluxe garden view room" I was there for a wedding but would not want to return.
