Our stay at voco Dubai exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Happy at reception and appreciated our early check-in and late check-out benefits. Our Deluxe King Room with City View offered stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road, and the birthday surprises, including the towel decoration and birthday cake, made my wife's celebration extra special.
We loved the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean, relaxing, and well supervised by attentive lifeguards. Special thanks to Mr. Birendra for recommending Windows Bar for our Half Board dinner. The three-course meal, service, ambiance, and breathtaking views from the 49th floor were outstanding.
Breakfast at Celsius Restaurant was another highlight. Mr. John and Ms. May went above and beyond by giving us the best table overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, surprising my wife with another birthday cake, singing Happy Birthday, and taking photos for us. Their hospitality was exceptional.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from World Trade Centre Metro Station, with restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions nearby. We left feeling relaxed and are already planning to come back.
Our only minor concern was that, despite confirming our arrival time in advance and having an early check-in benefit, our room was not yet ready when we arrived. However, the reception team handled the situation professionally, and the rest of our stay more than made up for this small inconvenience.

Great hotel and very friendly and supportive staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom had a great view.
Breakfast was great, you can find various dishes. Outside pool are was clean and had sunshades as well as the bar.

Cleanliness and view
Horrible valet (took over 30 minutes at any point in time and pretty rude). Room service was slow as well.
