La ubicación y el hotel tienen un encanto especial. El personal es muy amable y atento.

El personal. Las opciones dentro del hotel. Las salas para tomar algo, leer, jugar, jardin, etc...

Descans i tranquilitat. Habitacio pl2 correcta sonoritat i temperatura.
Empleats amb cultura estancada en temps passats. Exposició d'objectes que dóna imatge de magatzem. Piscina abandonada, sense dutxa, molt malament accessible.Crec que sense depuradora... El menjar que vàrem fer, escàs i car(trossos de llimona 🍋 amb pell malmesa) Casi florit car per qualitat/cantitat.

La ubicación.
La temperatura en las zonas comunes. Hacia frío y apenas si podías quitarte la chaqueta. No era lo esperado en un hotel de montaña, en el que esperas confort al entrar helado de la calle. Ni se notaba la diferencia También nos quejamos de frío en una de las habitaciones y eso lo solucionaron rápido, aunque no parecían compartir nuestra opinión.
