Do espaço exterior e do atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente do Marley e Tiago.
Limpeza muito precária, quarto descuidado, roupa de cama muito velha, colchões sem resguardo, toalhas sujas e poucas, cama individual muito desconfortável, paredes muito sujas, falta de tomadas, nomeadamente junto às camas, tampa da sanita meio de esponja o que é higiénico.
