Luxurious chalet with amazing view

Location is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The chalet is large, extremely well furnished and equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the sauna and BBQ.

Lots of hills and stairs to get up there, but the view is worth it! The lift stopped suddenly and made clunking noises, might need attention. There was a large spider in the bath.

The Lodge offers the perfect Zermatt experience.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Great facilities including sauna, hot tub and fire. Much-appreciated laundry facilities. Very comfortable beds.

Comfortable and convenient place with everything you need right in the heart of Zermatt

The apartment was very nice and in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore Zermatt. Check-in was smooth and the place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment felt a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, and since the windows and terrace face nearby apartments and hotels, it’s not the most private if you like to keep them open.

Absolutely wonderful! A gem of hospitality and comfort!

Everything was incredible! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The views were exceptional and the location was private, yet central to Zermatt. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, clean, and homey!

The dryer down stairs kept pausing mid cycle and did not dry the clothes well even after several cycles.

A very excellent chalet with elegance and modern charme

Excellent modern chalet penthouse. Great view of Zermatt village and a little Matterhorn peek from the upper balcony. All amenities excellent.

It is located on a pretty steep slope and getting in and out with luggage takes a bit of effort.

Zermatt is a fairly tale like location

The property was very close to the train station so we didn't need to take a taxi to get to the property, which was nice. The town is incredible and everything was within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The bedding was comfortable.

The beds were VERY firm. The bathroom shower tub combo has a partial partition but it's hard to shower without getting the floor wet and you have to take a big step up to get into the tub. We rented this place in particular to have a clothes washer and there was not one in the unit. There's one washer on the other side of the building and it takes about an hour and a half to wash a load. The "dryer" took about two hours and didn't end up completely drying the clothes. Since there was only one washer/dryer, you have to wait until the person before you moves there clothes. Basically, it was not convenient at all.

The perfect house for a family stay in Zermatt!

This was the best rental property my family has stayed in on vacation. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, quiet, and near everything we wanted to do. Stefan, Gaston, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. A perfect stay!

Efficient, clean, well-provisioned!

Excellent location seconds from two train stations and grocery store as well as central shopping area yet tucked away a block off the main street so therefore quiet.

The only nit is that there is no view and the apartment looks out onto a playground but there is a balcony for fresh air.

Beautifully designed penthouse

The penthouse was beautifully designed with all the possible amenities with an amazing view.

I wouldn’t recommend this property for those traveling with elderly parents and an infant. The steep uphill slope to the property lacks buggy service, unlike other places in the area. We had to carry our bags and stroller uphill. Garbage disposal was an issue—given the high rate for this property, we expected the waste to be managed. Instead, we had to dispose of our garbage at designated locations, which were a 10-12 minute walk away. A QR code was provided to help find these spots. The garbage bags came at a cost, so we received only two bags for our four-night stay and had to purchase more ourselves.

Truly luxurious and comfortable semi-detached house. Very friendly and highly responsive concierge service. Very calm location in Zermatt with great view and still only 5min walk to the center.

A modern home in classic Zermatt.

I loved how they were reachable and at times they reached out to us first. I appreciated that Stephen was able to meet us to give us the keys because it would have been difficult to find the place without his help and he gave us valuable information. The apartment itself was fantastic. The view was amazing. The place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities (dishes, spices, toiletries) you need. We especially loved hearing the water nearby when sleeping. We were sad to leave because we loved our stay here. If we ever go back to Zermatt, I would definitely look up this place first to see their availability.

The cigarette smell when our neighbor smoked. If you could find a way to resolve this issue, that would be great.

The apartment was very spacious, perfect for two families. There was sufficient cookware and dishes for us to cook a few meals at home. The host met us at the property and gave us information about the apartment and the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful service and very comfortable stay...

The staff who managed our booking, as well as those who helped us check-in and check-out, were excellent. The complex transportation to get into and out of Zermatt was superbly handled. Knowing that we were a group of elderly tourists, we were given help when we checked-in and checked-out. The apartment was very well furnished with kitchen equipment as well as a welcome-food-package. Good job!

Another great experience with Mountain Exposure!

The host met us at the train station and took us to the apt. The apt was spacious and comfortable. It had all the items we required to be self-sufficient. The wifi was fast and there was a washing machine and dryer, which was important to us.

One of the bedroom was not very clean. We found 3 used contact lenses next to the bed. There were probably from the previous tenants. The view was not the best in that you cannot see the Matterhorn. But you do get a good view of the other side of the valley.
