We stayed as a group of 3 and had several issues. When we entered our room, both air conditioners were not working. The room also had a strong formaldehyde smell that stung our eyes. We were moved to another room, but the whole check-in and room change took about 30 minutes. The floor felt oily after it was mopped, which made our slippers oily too. Towels were also a problem. On the first day we were given only 2 bath towels for 3 people. On the second day, housekeeping left 1 bath towel and 3 face towels, and only one of our used bath towels was changed. The staff were not very hospitable when these hiccups happened.
