The steam room in the women’s gym area wasn’t working. There was no sauna room… considering it is a spa hotel it should have sauna room and consider getting rid of the edge of pool where pigeons sit to drink the water- unhygienic if they poo in the swimming pool

Not at all a good property. All the service staff were trainees. No regular trained staff.
3 times our room had to be changed due something or the other missing / not functional in every room we changed.

Breakfast was a wholesome meal with a variety of delicacies to start the day, offering multiple items to choose from.
“If I may share a small suggestion, the breakfast experience could be improved with a better seating arrangement, as I noticed the area tends to get more crowded compared to dinner (I had opted for both meals). Also, a few items were placed quite far apart—for example, the fruits—which made it a little less convenient. Lastly, ensuring cleanliness during peak occupancy would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.”
I would like to highlight a few observations that may help enhance the guest experience. Firstly, I noticed that some swimming pool tiles (particularly in the middle of the pool) were broken—these should ideally be repaired at the earliest to avoid any risk of injury.
Secondly, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other hotels of similar standards. For instance, Radisson Blu charges around INR 12,000 on public holidays while offering similar amenities, along with extras such as bathtubs, towels, and complimentary in-room refreshments.
Additionally, I observed that certain items, such as chips, were priced significantly higher in the menu compared to their MRP (e.g., INR 200+ vs. INR 50–60). If possible, a tie-up with an F&B brand could help ensure transparent and guest-friendly pricing.
These adjustments would certainly make the overall stay experience even more satisfying.

The staff was not cooperative. First try said they will honour the 1000 voucher of booking.com. At tine of exit they say that liquor will not fall into voucher .

I have booked online . It was excellent barring few incidence . We were in the lift and shockingly had a miraculous escape as the electricity went off . We were shouting as we got stuck in the lift . I just shared as It shall definitely improve your ratings and good will as your goodself can work on it . Rest is ok . Regards
We did not like the way the reception was bagging for advance . I had stayed in Taj for many occasions but had never experienced such a cheap gesture . Moreover there were problems in the key sensor . Every time we had to call someone to assist us . Most importantly the bathing soap is not refilled .

Very disappointed, I have never written a bad review in my life, but had to write one here. AC not working in room, telephone not working, couldn't get comfortable sleep
Also disappointing as we went over budget to get a more comfortable stay

Service at restaurant was pathetic. Despite not being crowded, no body bothered to take my order and they forgot what I ordered. Had to remind them after a while.

breakfast was wonderful. very quick and prompt service. The tea in kullhar was a good touch for tea lovers.
The gentleman at the reception was very helpful (wears spectacles, sorry couldn't remember the name). He even escorted us all the way to the 7th floor through stairs as we avoid using lifts.
soft touches in the room were great like hand sanitizer wipes, extra towels, wonderful bathroom amenities,
Morning bakeries can be improved at the breakfast buffet. The coffee at the lounge was bad. the milk had curdled when we made coffee for ourselves. had to catch a server who was passing by to check the milk and then it took almost 20-25 min to get a cappuccino. Tv was not working, may be data connection or the remote had some issue.
