I stayed here because I was going to a Europa Conference League qualifier in Gibraltar. Nice hotel and great value for money.

The location is great for walking across the border to Gibraltar. We had a fantastic view of The Rock and the coast from our wraparound terrace (Junior Suite). Ample space and comfy mattress. Nespresso machine in the restaurant at breakfast. Underground parking.
Cleanliness of the room questionable - there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. The pillows were not comfy. The hotel is very tired in general.

Good value for money; good location with great Rock views; clean rooms; nice pool area; responsive when the electricity went out in my room! It was 23:30 and they offered me an alternative room.
The car park garage door closed on the side of my friends car as we were entering the garage! It caused a lot of damage and frightened us. The hotel staff did not apologise or accept any responsibility. The garage door was left open for the 4 days we remained there. The hotel manager was away (for 4 days!) and the staff were not empowered to help resolve the situation. Spectacularly unhelpful staff. Plus very slow service in the cafe (had to ring the hotel reception to get someone!)
