I especially liked the upscale nature of your entire experience. Room location and spectacular view to name one. The Amazing pool and view of beach road as well.Also your wonderfully polite and willingful staff to help with any concern I had.

The only 3 things that could be better about my stay in room 2901 would be for a more modern room refrigerator. The refrigerator in my room struggled to keep my temperature sensitive medication cool enough. Also would prefer another American TV channel other than Fox News. It’s a political channel that’s not my political side. Unfortunately America is very politically divided. And lastly, a legitimate Satellite radio station and not the continuous same Bob Marley track playing over and over on my room radio station. 3 minor disappointments for sure that won’t keep me from coming back.

They charges me more than booking with around 700 bath extra and they told me u have to contact with booking to fix the issue and also the room very uncomfortable and very noisy u can hear the winds the whole day and windows shaking very hard and during the afternoon the A/C not working very well
