Dear Hilton Pattaya Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for everything you provided during our stay today. We checked out this morning, and I truly wanted to share how comfortable and excellent our experience was. First and foremost, I want to thank you deeply for the warm welcome and the care we received from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I stayed in Room 2009, and I would like to highlight that the cleanliness, the room arrangement, and the overall comfort were truly at a very high level. Every detail of the stay felt thoughtful and well managed, which reflects your commitment to delivering a great experience for guests. What I would like to specifically mention—with great respect and gratitude—is the outstanding support provided by your staff to my brother, especially because he uses a wheelchair. We clearly felt your quick response, genuine attention, and continuous cooperation without any hesitation and without any difficulty. It was handled in a way that is full of kindness, respect, and professionalism at the same time. My brother did not only need “quick help”—he needed real assistance with organizing and facilitating his movement, removing obstacles, and making sure everything happened smoothly and safely. This is exactly where your role was very clear. Thank you for treating him with dignity and for offering support with both professionalism and humanity. Thank you for making his movement inside the hotel easier and safer, and for giving us reassurance that his needs were in good hands. Later, my family and friends will surely realize that this experience was beautiful not only because of the place, but—most importantly—because of the people. They charges me more than booking with around 700 bath extra and they told me u have to contact with booking to fix the issue and also the room very uncomfortable and very noisy u can hear the winds the whole day and windows shaking very hard and during the afternoon the A/C not working very well
