The place is excellent and has very high standards. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The mall attached is a convenient resource for guests We enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to our next stay.

Location is perfect, stuff is super friendly and helpful. Raghav from the guest desk helped us a lot with organizing our day. We appreciated his suggestion regarding the Zayna spa. This was absolutely fantastic experience. Breakfast we liked either, number of choices, everything is fresh. Would be nice to have coffee machine operator otherwise people would brake it constantly))) And last not least - Al WAHDA shopping mall is over the corner.

Excellent facilities and rooms, good dinner and breakfast, great steam/jacuzzi and beautiful rooftop pool. Got a free upgrade to a club suite which was lovely! Great view, super central location.

Very nice stay overall. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The biggest plus is the direct access to Al Wahda Mall from the third floor.

The only downside was that the air-conditioning temperature could not be adjusted.

Great staff, location, amenities, cleanliness! The receptionist upgraded our stay to a better and bigger room without us asking! Too bad I didn’t ask his name, but he was very polite and did great job ( he was asian). We will definitely return to this hotel as we travel to Abu Dhabi very often.

Great 1 Night Stay.

I would like to give a special mention to Tabinda at reception. She very kindly allowed us to check in early, after a long flight and even offered us a complimentary upgrade to the clubroom. Her customer service skills were truly outstanding. We had a thoroughly restful and enjoyable stay thanks to her. The hotel is great and the location is fantastic, having access to the Wahda Mall via floor 3. Attractions close by too, Shaykh Zayed Mosque 15 mins away by taxi.

The fact it was next to the mall.

The aircon is so Lound it's hard to sleep, no pungins close to mirror for women its hard to do makeup or fix your hair.. In the bathroom above the toilet it was leaking water in drops Unhygienic. Uncomfortable. I wish I didn't book this hotel it's a 5 star but Facilities.are below 3 star. I order room service but food not upto 5star since its a 5 star hotel. I will not return to this place. Staff on front deck and in general were only the positive thing I can say. Otherwise I do not Recommed this hotel.

My Excellent Stay!

I had a great stay — the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The concierge service was also top-notch, making everything smooth and convenient.

The TVs in the apartment were not smart TVs, which felt outdated for such a well-appointed place.

The hotel is good but the beauty salon is not that much!

The location is good

The ac was very loud and they took a very long time to change the room. In addition the worst thing happened is the beauty salon in the ground floor. The employee didn't understand what I needed and she told me there is no private room, whereas the night shift receptionist told me that there is a private room. I was very upset with the morning shift which caused me to go outside to find another beauty salon instead!

The location was very good, within walking distance to eateries, transport etc. There was a mall near by too that was open till late.

Great location, Professional staff acvomodated all requests with personal attention.

Sort out pre booking Cots, ages, bedding. Hotel, booking.com, guest all have different perspectives of how a family of 4 sleep in executive bedroom when a cot is requested online. Generic auto reply to booking.com request did not address concern. Staff did wonderfully recovering from initial shortcomings (no bed for 8 year old, no extra blankets, 1 towel for family of 4) no toaster But staff should not have had to fix problems at 0200 on late arrival

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern decor added to the luxurious ambiance. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes. Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely fantastic—every meal was a culinary delight with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. The rooftop pool and wellness area provided the perfect space to relax and unwind.

Comfortable, clean, practical with great service.

You can truly rate a hotel not when everything is fine but when issues happen (and they will). We had asked for bedding for my son who would sleep on the sofa but when we got to the room we found they weren't adequate. I called the front desk to complain, they promised to take action, then I got an apology call from the duty manager, and they swiftly arranged for our request.

I'm a returning customer, my family and I are really happy with this hotel.
