Good location . Nice custumer service .good breakfast -walking distances to Eurostar (Gare du Nord )
No air condition -the lift only to 4th floor .

The place is surprisingly so well equipped and updated/renovated, they should post newer pictures to make people see that. The staff was really nice too, they were cleaning every day.

Great location.
Walking distance from transport and areas such as Montmartre and the Grandes Boulevards.
Rooms cosy and warm.
Breakfast included in the reservation (good if you have starvo kids!).

A room for three people (kids room, three children 14 and under) only had two single beds and two pillows; when asked for an additional pillow we were told they were fully booked and did not have additional pillows. Eventually we found a (small, thin) cushion thrown into our room but that was neither thick enough not clean, so my son ended up folding up a blanked and using it as a pillow.
The key mechanism for our room broke and our key stopped working after the first night (we stayed three nights). Every time we wanted in our room we had to borrow the passpartout from the concierge and bring it back immediately.
The kids room had a broken toilet seat.

Not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate the number of guests.
