Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at Nam restaurant and the food was amazing. Breadfast was good especially with fresh fruits daily. My son fell ill towards the end of the trip and Celine offered help to us with clinic advice. They always catered to our needs, so Thank you.
When it rained, parts of the roof was leaking so I was a bit worried about it, but the staff do try and help out by placing buckets around the areas.

The traditional Malay houses are so beautiful, unique and preserved in its original condition.
Lizards on the house especially at night. I was bitten by woodlice on my last night of stay…

Very friendly staff
The children all got cuts on their feet from the swimming pool. All three children had bleeding feet. The call to prayer should be recognised on the website. It went off at 0540 every morning and was very loud. Then again at 0600.
