As this was our 2nd time stayung at Grand Zuri Presidential Suite, we woyld say the cleanliness of the room was much better in comparison to the last time we were there.
1. There seems to be inconsistency of the elevator operations. During our 16 days, there are times both elevators were in operations and another just one in operation, causing waiting time to be longer.
2. There seems to not have any air condition on at the hotel lobby most of the time causing waiting at the lobby on some days felt warm and a bit stuffy.

The staffs were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic as there are lots of eateries around.
There were a few things that can be better. As we stayed at the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed with the maintanance of the room.
1. The floor doesn't seems to be cleaned properly. We had to use indoor slippers/our own slippers while moving around the room.
2. The toilet flush in the masterbedroom seems to have a problem.
3. The breakfast menu and the room service food could be better.

Location near the food cort and shopping mall.
Air conditional at room 1002 not working 3 times during my stay for 5 night. They fix it and the next day not working agai. I have to open window to get cool air out site. Drain port of the sink clogged

I asked for Non smoking room. But they gave a smoking room which was stinking smell of smoke. Room & Bed sheets were smelling of smoke.
