Riad Dar Daif is a beautiful property with a courtyard garden at its centre. Our room was lovely with a large balcony overlooking the courtyard. We were greeted with mint tea and cookies and our luggage was spirited up to our room, which was really a suite with a separate extra bedroom. The Riad offers a number of set menus for dinner. We opted for the light vegetarian one and found it delicious and filling … I don’t think we could have finished the gourmet version which had more courses. The hotel staff were very kind and even sent us off the next morning with a box of homemade cookies. An excellent stay!

This was hands down the best place that I stayed in all of Morocco. Legendary riad! It feels like you are staying with a family in a castle. The meals felt first class, both dinner and breakfast. I didn’t want to leave! This place stood out above all others and I would come back to Ouarzazate just to stay here again! Great value for the price :)
