The view and location
The noise from the foreshore development meant the balcony was not nice to sit out on.We were not informed about this when booking and if so we would have booked a different location

It was great except for the work that was happening in front of the accommodation. lots of restaurants, shopping all close
i did report this to the front desk that there was a cockroach infestation. We saw 4-5 each day i even had one crawling on my arm

Could do with black out blinds in 2nd bedroom to block light from passageways outside at night but was manageable during our stay. Foreshore work ongoing but beyond the control of the apartment….. will be magnificent once completed.

The location right at the esplanade
Run down, works were started though so by next year should be good again. Our original room smelt musty so asked to change, replacement was better. Reception hit and miss if manned or messages via app answered , staff were helpful if there.
